Spending $1 on full price sport items earns you 1 point. Purchasing professional equipment does not earn points.

HOW DO I USE MY POINTS?
Our loyalty program pop up generates your discount code that redeems your points.
WHEN CAN I USE MY POINTS?
Points earned from a purchase are automatically credited to your account 1 week after you buy something.
I'VE ORDERED A LOT, WHY DON'T I HAVE MORE POINTS?
We started the loyalty program on July 25th, 2024. Points don't retroactively apply for purchases made before this date.
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Points expire after 1 year of earning them.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN SOMETHING PURCHASED WITH POINTS?
You'd get points credited back to your account.
WHAT DO THE 'APPROVED', 'PENDING' AND 'CANCALLED' STATUSES MEAN?
Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)
WHAT'S THE FINE PRINT?
You don't get points on sales tax or shipping. You can't sell your points. You can't cash in your points. You can't buy gift cards with points. We reserve the right to cancel your account. Closed or canceled accounts lose their points.
