Official Return Policy

Almost everything we sell is life-supporting gear. Good retailers don’t resell this type of gear after it leaves their warehouse so you know anything you buy is more than super good enough. Our official return policy is:
*If we made a mistake, we will absolutely fix it.
*If we didn’t make a mistake, we don’t accept returns.

Unofficial Return Policy

Message us and we will try to solve your problem. Maybe we can add it to the stuff we test in the lab or give you a crazy discount for another item. We may not even mind eating it but every situation is different so we underpromise and hope we can over deliver. Just ask at contact@hownot2.com 

Price Changes

We will honor price changes for items purchased up to 72 hours before a sale period. If you bought something and we reduce the price right after, send us an email at contact@hownot2.com during the sale period and we can issue you a refund. If the sale period has ended, we will not honor sale prices.

Price Matching

We’d love a shot at having your business.  If another online retailer has a lower price, please screenshot it and send it to contact@hownot2.com and we’ll let you know if we can price match it.  We can’t match pro deal pricing as we don’t have the margin to do so.  We also typically can't match sale prices or other website's discount codes (e.g. like a 15% off welcome code). Email us and we will do the best we can.
