These wedge bolts from Climbing Taiwan are made from 316 stainless steel and come in both 65 mm to 90 mm lengths.

Bolt shaft, clip, nut, and washer are all of 316 stainless steel. Passivated for extra corrosion resistance. Threads are rolled.

Hole Diameter: 10mm

Recommended torque: 25 ft lbs (34 N.m)

Subsequent test results of our recently made batch:

Hangers pulled 10× to 8kN, then pulled to failure:

Shear 30.56 kN (hanger broke), 41.54 kN (bolt broke). Tension 37.03 kN (bolt broke).

All the materials and manufacturing of these wedge bolts were based in Taiwan.
